The following juices are based on Paul’s personal experiences, before you try it, please consult medical professionals.
1. Carror Juice
When juicing carrots, add a few leaves of parsley. Remember parsley is very strong, not add too much of it. Green Power/Life Juicer, Norwalk Juicer, or Press based Juicer is recommended to make this.
2. Dandelion Green
Juicing Dandelion Greens with Carrots or Apple, or Both. Green Power/Life Juicer, Norwalk Juicer, or Press based Juicer is recommended to make this.
3. Romaine Lettuce
Romaine lettuce can make easy assimilating juice. Drinking a tall glass like 12 oz of this green juice is OK. Juice from parsley or wheat-grass is very strong, should not drink over 1 or 2 oz each time. Adding some carrots while juicing will make the blended juice more taste better.
4. Wheat Grass
Wheat Grass juice can be made with Green Power/Life juicer, Champion Juicer or other juicers specially made for juicing wheat grass. This is a very strong juice, not to take more than 2 oz each time.
5. Other Dark Greens
Both Endive and Kale make excellent fresh green juices. It should be juiced with carrots or apples. The ratio between these greens and these sweets should be tried out by each individual. Use as much greens as you can tolerate well.
